Music in Film

Been immersing myself on film books... I am quite excited that I would be able to teach Music in Film to U.P. Film students next semester. Well, I am no Ryan Cayabyab or Jaime Fabregas but I do know some tricks to composing for film and would love to share these to younger generations. Nah, we will not jot down music notes here (I am not into this), it will have more workshops and on-the-spot composing and emotion-sensitivity-creativity musical imagination enhancements chuva whatever. In this class, you do not have to read music, you just have to be able to imagine, sing or play it. Believe me, mas mahirap gawin ito for most people. Gotta go back to reading now.
